Abstract: Pregunte es un servicio de información público en Internet, a través de correo electrónico y web, atendido de forma cooperativa por 20 bibliotecas de 16 Comunidades Autónomas, con la coordinación y el patrocinio del Ministerio, a través de la Subdirección General de Coordinación Bibliotecaria, dependiente de la Dirección General del Libro, Archivos y Bibliotecas. La gestión técnica corresponde a la Biblioteca Regional de Murcia, donde se ubican los elementos físicos del sistema.
